We stand behind the craftsmanship of every OG Carbon product; If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for resolution.

Because each part is custom finished, returns for reasons other than damage are not accepted.

Approved returns must be unused, in original packaging, and authorized by our support team.
